Legal Contract
Please read these Terms carefully before using the MyMAClub Platform.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the MyMAClub platform, including POS, KDS, kiosk, customer display, loyalty, stock, staff, rosters, payroll workflows, accounting exports, AI tools and related apps.
MyMAClub is provided on a subscription basis. Plans, add-ons, AI credits and extra locations may change over time. Billing is processed securely through Stripe or another approved billing provider. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
You confirm that you are authorised to register and manage the business, ABN, venues, staff and operational data connected to your account. You are responsible for checking final payroll, GST/BAS, Fair Work, tax and accounting outcomes with your qualified adviser.
You are responsible for giving staff and customers appropriate notices and obtaining any consents required before collecting or entering their personal information into MyMAClub, including loyalty, SMS, payroll, visa, roster and timesheet information.
AI outputs are operational assistance only. They may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a human before being used for payroll, accounting, legal, tax, pricing, stock or staff decisions. AI usage may consume credits from your account.
Some features rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, accounting platforms, AI providers, SMS/email providers, hosting services and payment terminal providers. Their own terms, fees, outages and data practices may apply.
When using POS or other apps offline, you are responsible for reconnecting devices, syncing data, checking pending orders and resolving any duplicate, failed or delayed transactions.
You must keep logins, PINs, device sessions and API credentials secure. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or use MyMAClub to send unlawful marketing messages.
We may update these Terms. If an update requires acceptance, your dashboard may require you to accept the new version before continuing to use the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
