Before checkout
MyMAClub is the operating software. Equipment, payment processing and professional advice remain separate unless a future certified service is explicitly listed.
Each separate operating location needs its own licence. Eligible plans can add further venues at the same package value.
Tablets, phones, printers, cash drawers and networks are purchased or supplied separately.
Card payments are confirmed on the venue's external terminal until a certified integration is released.
GST, roster and work-rights tools support operations. Accountants, BAS agents and legal professionals remain responsible for final advice.
Optional capacity
Add-ons are recurring subscription items managed through Billing. Availability and prices come directly from Super Admin.
Adds one more venue under the same ABN and account. Command extra venues are billed as Command; Intelligence extra venues are billed as Intelligence. Core cannot add venues.
Adds one additional POS register/device to the venue subscription.
Adds one additional kitchen display screen to the venue subscription.
Adds one additional customer self-service kiosk device.
Adds one additional customer display screen linked to POS.
Adds one additional mobile or tablet Order Pad. Table assignment still requires Table Service.

Pricing questions
Yes. Eligible account owners can request package changes through Billing. Stripe applies the confirmed subscription change and MyMAClub updates access from the resulting billing state.
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid billing period. Access continues until that period expires, and the payment already made is not refunded merely because future renewal was cancelled.
No. Hardware, printer supplies, merchant services, networking and third-party transaction fees are separate from the software subscription.
Each additional operating venue uses its own licence at the price of the package selected for the account. Locations purchased together can share the same billing cycle.
No. Included AI credits reset with each billing period and do not accumulate. This keeps package allowances and operating cost predictable.
